I was experiencing some writer's block while drafting my current romantasy novel so I experimented with visual art and started a webcomic.

I'm so excited to teach a course on East Asian history at the Storymakers 2024 Conference in Provo, UT! I attended this conference for writers last year and learned so much while making great friends. Registration for the conference opens soon.

The course I'm teaching is going to be a whirlwind introduction to the histories of China, Korea, and Japan from mythological origins to the present. I know its a lot, so my goal is not to be comprehensive but just give writers a sampling of the regions fascinating and complex history. My hope is that the course will be a springboard into further research for writers of fiction.
